A former St. Louis Cardinals Minor League player, Vic Vargas brings 10-15 years of experience to his role as Youth Manager, drawing from a playing career that spanned Mar Vista High School, Southwestern College, and the University of Wyoming. Vargas holds the distinction of being the only Youth Baseball Manager in San Diego to win a Gold Medal at USA Futures. He specializes in fielding and hitting development, bringing a professional-level standard to his youth program.

Jordan Abruzzo is a former professional catcher who was drafted by the New York Mets in the 13th round of the 2007 MLB Draft after a standout career at the University of San Diego, where he remains the all-time leader in hits and RBIs. During his professional career, he earned South Atlantic League All-Star honors in 2008 and spent three seasons in the Mets organization. Abruzzo transitioned into coaching and has accumulated over 15 years of experience, highlighted by back-to-back CIF Championships at Grossmont High School in 2017 and 2018, a 2013 Valley League Coach of the Year award, and a 2021 CIF Coach of the Year award.
